The Lord’s Glory with Lori respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Please read it alongside our Terms.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• Your email address, if you sign up for the daily word.
• Your name, email address, and your request, if you send a prayer request.
• Anything you write to us through a form or by post.
• Basic information about your visit, gathered automatically, such as which pages you looked at and roughly where in the world you are.

Giving and your payment details

We do not see, handle, or store your card, bank, or account details. Every way of giving on this site is operated by an outside company, and your payment information goes to them, never to us:

• Card and bank gifts through the giving page are processed by Stripe
• PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle each handle payments on their own systems

Each of those companies has its own privacy policy covering what they collect and how they use it, and we would encourage you to read the policy of whichever one you use. What reaches us is a record that a gift was given, with your name and the amount, so that we can thank you and keep our accounts.

If you give by check, we keep the details on the check only for our records.

How we use your information

We use it only to serve you: to send the daily word you asked for, to pray over your requests, to thank you for a gift, and to reply when you write to us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent, trade, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Prayer requests

Prayer requests are treated as confidential. They are read by Lori and those who pray with her, and they are not published, read aloud, or shared without your permission.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how many people visit the site and which messages are being watched. This helps us know what is serving you. It sets cookies in your browser and collects your approximate location, your browser and device, and the pages you view. It does not tell us who you are by name.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, and Google offers an opt-out add-on if you would rather not be counted at all.

Videos and links

Messages on this site are hosted on YouTube. A video only loads when you click to play it, and once you do, YouTube may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. Links out to other sites, including the giving services above, are governed by those sites’ own policies rather than this one.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you want to hear from us, and keep giving records for as long as our accounts require. You can ask us to remove you at any time.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it. You can also write to us and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so wherever we are able.

Children

This site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, please tell us and we will remove it.
